Resume
It’s really hard to make a perfect resume.
Some (from webs) gave me great suggestions of my resume saying that my resume comes across as a “doer”, not an “achiever”. Too many my job descriptions are task-based and not result-based, which means that they tell what I did instead of what I achieved. Usually, employers wanna know about your previous contributions and how you’ve mad a difference.
Compelling language that brings my work to life is another issue that I have to deal with. Strong action verbs, used with compelling language to outline exemplary achievements, are essential parts of a well-constructed resume.
